"There were two female employees in the store on the day I went one was working in the back room the other was at the front desk. On entry the lady at the front desk informed me if I needed anything she was there to help. I did not realize cycle gear carried the amount of products for all different types of bikes that they do. When I asked the lady about it she showed me through the whole store and found every item that I was looking for. By the time I left my son who races motocross had a sponsorship in which I did not ask for but am very thankful for. So many dealerships and businesses who carry merchandise oriented toward the industry are rude and not willing to help but that is not the case at this store. Thanks for a good experience and I will be back!!! "

"Wanted the new freeze out warm’r brand. The associates gave great information on proper fit. Had to get 1-2 sizes above normal fit. If not for their input I would have walked out with clothing that didn’t fit and would have to made an 1 hour return trip. "

"Went to Greensboro, NC Cycle Gear looking for a new helmet. I was completely open to brand, only knew I wanted to a modular helmet. The sales person assisted me in trying every modular style they had in stock. He described the features & quality of each style. Once I narrowed it down to 2, the salesman made sure I was trying the correct size. Shoei & Schuberth were the 2 I had to decide upon. The was no pressure to purchase the more expensive helmet. I decided on the Schuberth C3lite. I have been very happy with this helmet. It is by far the quietest helmet I have ever owned & about 1/2 the price of the Shoei. Weights about 3.5 pounds."
